I started working in the beauty industry a year ago. With no experience I ran into plenty of problems at work, so I went to Beauty Expert International Academy to take a beauty course. At first I only enrolled on the beautician certificate course; once I had seen the academy for myself I found it was a large school with very well-equipped teaching facilities and professional instructors, so after finishing the certificate I went on to the more widely recognised CIBTAC Diploma in Skin Care to improve myself further, in the hope of better promotion and prospects in this industry.
