Beauty Expert International Academy was founded by Dr. Joyce Tsang, who has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. The academy is an outstanding beauty education and training institution aiming to provide professional education for school leavers and adults so that they can cultivate positive values and acquire beauty knowledge and skills to raise competitiveness. Over the years, we have been acting as the lullaby of aestheticians and infusing new blood to the industry continuously. We look forward to train up more new talents for the dynamic beauty industry in the future.
Professional beauty qualifications with international recognition
As a large-scale professional institution, we dedicate ourselves to providing comprehensive pre-job and on-the-job training and issuing internationally recognized beauty qualifications like CIDESCO of Switzerland, ITEC and CIBTAC of the UK as well as the certificates and diplomas of Hong Kong Qualifications Framework.
Training fitting the market needs
Every year a few thousands students graduate from our academy equipped with various beauty knowledge and skills ranging from skincare, professional make-up, intense pulsed light and laser, hairstyling, beauty salon management to marketing. Our course content which is based on the opinions of beauty practitioners covers a wide range of professional beauty techniques, highly catering for the market needs.
Professional training combining theories and practice
Our varied courses combine both theories and practice and are taught by qualified professional instructors. With creative content and frequent interactions, our courses do not only raise the learning interests and skills of the students but also provide them with guidance to further studies or employment in the beauty industry, injecting a lot of fresh blood to the sector.
Comprehensive training for new talents
Besides equipping our students with professional knowledge and skills, we also provide trainings like marketing, human resource management and counselling etc to widen their horizons and enrich their experience. There are also activities like seminars and talks to deepen their understanding of the industry. For example, we hold talks to tell them about the latest guidance of operating beauty salons set by the government and the government’s regulations on beauty services.
To gain a wider recognition for the qualifications issued by us, all our courses are accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Training. On the other hand, we are eager to provide internship programs for the students so that they can obtain more internship experience before graduation and in this way their professional qualifications and solid skills can be further recognized by the society. Thus, we work together with a lot of beauty salons to organize internship programs which increase the student’s understanding to the beauty industry on one hand and let the employers to know more about our students on the other.
